Under the Brand Portfolio Director, the Brand Portfolio Manager is responsible for developing and executing national long-term strategies and annual marketing plans of wine and spirit producers in his/her portfolio.

Responsabilities
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans (4P’s) that achieve expected KPI (volume, revenue and marketing spend) targets.
- Continuously review results, implementing corrective measures where necessary
- Develop and maintain strong trusting and value-based business relationships with partners of his portfolio
- Analyze category data and identify key trends in order to make recommendations to partners that will foster their growth
- Prepare and execute business reviews with partners
- Plan and manage the product introduction process. In liquor board-controlled provinces, this is primarily by way of a call for tender
- Develop and implement 360-degree plans for new product launches
- Develop and implement national consumer marketing initiatives
- Effectively collaborate with colleagues in other departments in order to achieve business objectives
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration, or equivalent
- Five (5) years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or key account management in consumer packages goods
- Bilingual French / English
