Key Account Director – Burnaby BC

Reporting to the VP National Sales and Marketing, the Key Account Director, will lead Dandurand’s sales efforts in the Western Canada Region. The candidate will oversee a team to implement our global suppliers’ strategies and hit their objectives at all Western Canada based Retailers.

Responsabilities

  • Lead contact at Dandurand for building relationships and managing the key accounts channels
  • Develop strong relationships with customers’ category managers and marketing departments
  • Build and present category assortment plans using data-based analysis
  • Grow Dandurand listing base to increase market share
  • Build a calendar and activation plan for promotional programs
  • Manage forecast, account budgets and own key performance indicators (KPI’s)
  • Responsible for revenue management and inventory planning/logistics
  • Build and pitch creative in-store marketing activations to drive awareness and sell through of products
  • Develop tools with operations and marketing department to enhance our execution in store
  • Coach and develop direct reports

Education, experiences and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Key Account relationships in the CPG industry (grocery experience preferred)
