Key Account Manager - Grocery

Role

Reporting to the Key Account Director, the Key Account Manager - Grocery, will be responsible for Dandurand’s sales efforts at all Ontario-based Grocery retailers. The candidate will own the business development of this emerging channel and lead the implementation of our global suppliers’ strategies.

Responsabilities

  • Develop strong relationships with key grocery category managers and marketing departments to lead the grocery business in Ontario
  • Build and present category assortment plans using data-based analysis
  • Grow Dandurand listing base to increase market share
  • Build a calendar and activation plan for promotional programs
  • Manage forecast, account budgets and own key performance indicators (KPI’s)
  • Develop tools with operations and marketing department to enhance our execution in store

Education, experience and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Key Account relationships in the CPG industry (grocery experience preferred)
