Responsabilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in person, by phone and email to internal and external customers
- Provide a high level of administrative support ensuring quality service and professionalism
- Schedule and organize meetings
- Organize the office layout, and oversee office equipment maintenance
- Manage efficiently in a multi-tasked environment and ensure deadlines are met
- Organize and maintain documents, digital files, emails
- Efficiently manage and promptly respond to all incoming enquiries/requests for information independently or re-direct to the appropriate person/team
- Provide administrative support to other members of the senior management team, as needed
- Assist with event planning and execution, as needed
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services, building maintenance
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence with third party partners
- Schedule timely pick-ups and delivery of wine samples
- Assist with monthly newsletter and data entry
- All other related administrative tasks
Education and experience
- Relevant experience in an administrative support role
- Excellent computer skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience in customer service
