Receptionist

Mandat

Based in Mississauga, and under the direction of the Sales Director, the Receptionist will support the team with the daily operations in Ontario.

Responsabilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service in person, by phone and email to internal and external customers
  • Provide a high level of administrative support ensuring quality service and professionalism
  • Schedule and organize meetings
  • Organize the office layout, and oversee office equipment maintenance
  • Manage efficiently in a multi-tasked environment and ensure deadlines are met
  • Organize and maintain documents, digital files, emails
  • Efficiently manage and promptly respond to all incoming enquiries/requests for information independently or re-direct to the appropriate person/team
  • Provide administrative support to other members of the senior management team, as needed
  • Assist with event planning and execution, as needed
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services, building maintenance
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence with third party partners
  • Schedule timely pick-ups and delivery of wine samples
  • Assist with monthly newsletter and data entry
  • All other related administrative tasks


Education and experience

  • Relevant experience in an administrative support role
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience in customer service

  • Know how to plan and manage priorities
  • Organization/Planning skills and acute attention to detail
  • Understanding of French (not mandatory but an asset)
