Sales and Marketing Manager GALLEON
Role
Responsibilities
- Orchestrates and collaborate with all team members to make sure we deliver GALLEON sales and marketing plans
- Develop long-term strategies and annual business plans for the GALLEON portfolio
- In collaboration with the team, contribute to build a successful eCommerce business
- Build and maintain strong trusting and value-based business relationships with all partners and collaborators under his/her responsibility (suppliers, key accounts, buyers, category managers, marketing teams, on & off trade customers, etc)
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure proper alignment on strategic and tactical action plans
- Create and execute trade marketing activities related to driving sales and margins in both B2B and B2C channels
- Track and monitor our key performance indicators
- Identify relevant market trends and capture sales and marketing opportunities
- Manage financial resources based on budgets and partner marketing spend
- Supervise, mobilize and develop the human resources under his/her responsibility
- Support and collaborates with his/her manager in the development of GALLEON portfolio
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration, or equivalent
- Five (5) years of experienc
