Director, Talent and Culture, Group


Responsible for managing the overall human resources and office administration for the entire Dandurand Group.

The position will collaborate with management to develop, enhance, facilitate, and execute HR programs related to engagement and retention, talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership and development, performance management, employee relations, succession planning and legal and regulatory compliance.


  • Plan, organize, and execute all strategic human resources activities related to the business plan
  • Responsible for the administration of the 4 offices of the Dandurand Group
  • Develop and implement different HR policies and programs related to business growth objectives
  • Act as a strategic partner with all the departments across the company
  • Manage overall staffing process and recruitment and identify attraction & retention actions
  • Develop comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Establish a training plan for the various groups promoting the development of key skills
  • Develop a succession plan and career path for the key employees
  • Lead the annual evaluation process across the organization and monitor the talent assessment process
  • Manage total compensation, group benefits and benefits programs
  • Monitor and maintain optimization of each job profiles, including compensations, job grades and skills associated
  • Optimize, harmonize, and manage the employee’s information and recordkeeping through the Human Resources Information Software (HRIS)
  • Maintain various performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead a team of two members (HR and reception)

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management, R.I., or equivalent
  • Member of CRHA/CRIA
  • Ten (10) years of experience in a similar role
  • Bilingual spoken and written (French and English)
  • Recognized leadership
  • Experience in change management and employee engagement
  • Results-oriented and initiative-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office software
