Sales Coordinator

Mandat

Reporting to the Alberta Field Sales Director, the Sales Coordinator will play a critical role executing go to marker strategies and aligning the sales teams provincially to achieve our suppliers’ targets.

Responsabilities

  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
  • Exceptional computer skills (MS Office)
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Post Secondary Education; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
  • Assist in the preparation, organizing and participation of tastings and events
  • Apply for product discounts, create marketing documents for sales team
  • Organize and arrange samples for shipping, team trainings etc
  • Maintain office space
  • Various data entry
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Assist team with CRM tool
  • Maintain open lines of communication with Director & Sales Teams
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements for market efficiencies

  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in a high demand office setting
  • Detail oriented with a high degree of care
  • Passion for wine & spirits (WSET training an asset)
  • Displays an entrepreneurial spirit and is highly self-motivated
  • Exceptional time management
  • Accountable and with high degree of professional integrity
