Louis Bouillot

All of Louis Bouillot’s genius lies in transforming noble grapes into sparkling wines of exceptional finesse in Nuits-Saint-Georges—another divine expression of Burgundy’s terroir, delightfully effervescent!

A pioneer in the crafting of fine sparkling wines since 1877

A pioneer in the crafting of fine sparkling wines since 1877, Louis Bouillot produces wines in Nuits-Saint-Georges with a strong personality and remarkable originality, shaped by terroir and grape variety. Faithful to the inventive spirit of Louis Bouillot, the original “imagineer of bubbles,” the house continues to explore generous, expressive cuvées, most often born from its own vineyards. The freshness of the fruit and the spontaneity of the aromas in our Crémants stem from our northern Burgundy vineyards—carefully selected terroirs where vines grow on limestone soils or in deep earth. From the diversity of these parcels comes the richness of the grapes and the endless range of blends that define our Crémants de Bourgogne.
